  2. Telephone us on 0844 848 2997 (Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm) with payment details* or alternatively send a cheque/postal order to:
    Bridestones Associates Ltd, Riverside, Mountbatten Way, Congleton, CW12 1DY.
  3. Upon receipt of payment, we will post your completed application form to be signed and returned with the required identification.
    Any original documents will be returned within 48 hours using the Royal Mail Signed For service (subject to a £2 administration fee).
